FTQ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our VPN service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the Service:

• Account Information: Your email address and encrypted password, used solely for authentication.
• Connection Metadata: Connection timestamps, total data transferred per session, transfer rate, and connection mode (smart or global routing). Used to maintain service quality and enforce subscription plan limits. No traffic content, DNS queries, or destination addresses are included.
• Device Metadata: Device model, operating-system version, app version, and system locale. Used for diagnostics, compatibility triage, and localization.
• Operational Identifier: A 32-byte random identifier generated locally on first launch (regenerated on every reinstall). This is not the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and not the identifierForVendor (IDFV). It is used solely to deduplicate operational events emitted by the same install.
• Service Stability Events: Anonymous connection failure event codes (e.g. connect_fail) with timestamps. These events contain no traffic content, no DNS queries, and no destination addresses.

We do not collect, log, or store:

• Your browsing history or traffic content
• DNS queries
• Your originating IP address
• Websites or services you access through the VPN

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used exclusively for authenticating your access, providing customer support, improving network performance, and complying with applicable legal requirements.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to any third parties for any purpose.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained only while you maintain an active account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
